Residential Pest Control

Our residential pest service starts with a dry cleaning of the areas to be sprayed. Removing any webs or nests that can be knocked down. This includes outbuildings and fence lines. In many cases the shrubbery is coated in webs & nests, we will take care of it all. Properties with a mosquito problem will need a fogging of the grass & plants to control. Flowering plants are never directly hit, our pollinating friends are always considered.

Commercial Pest Control

Our commercial application is generally an outdoor spray of the foundation & eves. However in some application where an indoor spray is used, we use a very effective food grade insecticide where applicable.

How Your Pest Control Service Works
Most high-quality insecticides are designed to be effective for about 3 months. However, there are some factors to consider. Are you in an area with a tremendous amount of activity, webs everywhere? If so, a bi-monthly application may be necessary.
Will my pest control service control mosquitos?
Yes, however the areas treated by your general treatments are focused on keeping bugs out of your home. If you have a mosquito issue, a mosquito fogging is a much more effective way of controlling a mosquito outbreak. The fogging will cover your entire property rather than a concentrate around foundations & eves.
I do not have a mouse or rat problem, should I still have a rodent prevention service?
Yes, rodent prevention is relatively inexpensive and usually a simple process of safely baiting the outside the home. Pest Control is really about preventative measures
My pets are like my children and I need them to be safe. How do I know the products you are using are safe?
Ask questions, the only real way you can know, is to then do your research. I use Bifin IT 7.9. I only buy my products from a trusted source and take great care in my applications. Although the products I use are deemed safe from humans & pets, your safety is my #1 concern when on your property.
